Commonwealth Cancer Center

Richmond, Virginia

The facility was built in 1996 as a radiation oncology clinic. The structure has two radioation suites, as well as offices for the three partners practice.

The radiation vaults are constructed of concrete that is up to eight feet thick in parts of the walls and ceiling. We worked with physicists to ensure that the radiation would be contained within the vault.
