Unifirst (T & E Apartments)

The T & E Laundry Laundry services operated out of this block of West Marshall street for nearly one hundred years. The laundry that began as one small building eventually overtook almost the entire block. Our project was to convert the institutional building into a market rate apartment building. Although many of the tenants will undoubtedly be students of the adjacent VCU arts school, five units are to be available to longtime residents of the Carver community.
